Service and Support
Our team have moved to work from home, but are still able to access the systems and tools we need to provide you with the best support and service possible.

If you have telephone support as part of your service level agreement, please email first and we will offer a Skype or GoToMeeting call if needed.
We anticipate that our service level agreements will operate as usual and we endeavour to keep this being the case.
We understand many of you may also be working remotely and we will try to support remote access where we reasonably can.
Conference
Many conferences across the scientific community have been cancelled to limit social interactions; we support this decision to keep everybody safe.
Our Spring USA user group meeting and Crystal Form Consortium meeting have been moved to a virtual format, while our European user group meeting is postponed until October.
